buddyboost challenges are where we challenge people to buddy-up and do 26 minutes of exercise a day for 26 consecutive days. That’s right, 26 minutes a day, not 26 miles.
Since then, we have run many challenges across the UK in all kinds of weather. The app data consistently shows that being active improves people’s average mood by over 20% and that having buddies is a huge motivational help. In fact, we see that people with buddies do their 26 minutes on 40% more days than those who try to go it alone.
