buddyboost challenges are where we challenge people to buddy-up and do 26 minutes of exercise a day for 26 consecutive days. That’s right, 26 minutes a day, not 26 miles.
By the time of our second challenge October 2020 the app had been updated to allow people to be buddies with up to 5 other people. Again, average mood scores increased by over 20% in spite of the bad weather and shorter days.
There will be more improvements coming in early 2021, including a ‘buddy-feed’ for you to share messages and photos with your buddies and the ability for buddyboosters to start their own personal challenges whenever they want.
